If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.


Conditions for Exchange

  1. The Co-Ord Set must be:
    • In its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
    • Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
  2. All accessories or freebies included with the purchase must also be returned.
  3. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    • Provide your order details and specify the reason for exchange (e.g., size, color, or issue).
  2. Approval & Instructions

    • Upon approval, we will provide you with the exchange shipping details.
  3. Shipping the Item

    • Securely package the item(s) and ship them back to the provided address.
    • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item delivered).

Timeframe for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The new item will be shipped within 3 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges are accepted for:
